Spam is the number one enemy on the Internet and everyday we get junk emails which we could live without. No one likes being spammed on their personal mail box let alone their business email and that is why we at SpeedHost fight spam in two ways.
Out-Going Spam: We do NOT give hosting to clients who want to use our servers for Bulk Emailing. If a client needs to send more than 200 mails a day, we recommend that they use professional mailing list providers which can handle thousands of emails a day.
In-Coming Spam: Once you take hosting from us, you can login to your control panel and choose to stop spam by using any of the below.
1. SpamAssassin is an automated mail filter that uses a wide range of heuristic algorithms on email headers and message bodies to identify "SPAM" (unsolicited email).
2. BoxTrapper protects your inbox from spam by forcing all people not on your white list to reply to a verification email before they can send mail to you.
We do our best to manage spam on our servers and thereby providing you trouble free hosting with fast speed.
