Q. Can i view my website on a Windows PC?
A. Hosting on linux server does not make any difference to how you view your website. Your website can be viewed on any browser and on any computer be it Windows or Apple.

Q. How long does it take to get a hosting account?
A. If you pay online using PayPal / Credit Card / Debit Card / NetBanking, your hosting account will be ready in an hour. If you choose to pay via cheque then we will wait for the cheque to clear which usually takes 2-3 business days.

Q. Is the domain name free with hosting?
A. No! We do not include free domain name in the hosting package, we can purchase the domain name for you and it will be as per the actual.

Q. Are your servers Unix / Linux, or Windows NT?
A. All Shared servers run on CentOS Linux which is identical to Red Hat Enterprise Linux. Our Shared servers run on Dual Core Xeon Processors with 4 GB of RAM and a 100mbps uplink with a RAID10 drive array for instant data mirroring and fast drive access.

Q. Do you offer 24/7 support
A. Yes, we have 24/7 email support, however phone support is only during working hours and weekdays.
